How do I enable JavaScript on my browser?

You will need to enable JavaScript on your browser to experience all the benefits of EnergyPartnerInternational.
To do so, please follow the steps below:

Internet Explorer

  1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
  2. Choose 'Internet Options'.
  3. Click on the 'Security' tab.
  4. Click on 'Default Level' and click 'OK'.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
  2. Choose 'Options'.
  3. Choose 'Content' from the top navigation.
  4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK.

Safari

  1. Select 'Safari' from the top menu.
  2. Choose 'Preferences'.
  3. Choose 'Security'.
  4. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript'.

Opera

  1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
  2. Choose 'Preferences'.
  3. Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
  4. Find the Content item in the list on the left-side of the window and select it.
  5. Select the checkbox next to 'Enable JavaScript' and click OK.

Chrome

  1. Select 'Customize and control Google Chrome' (wrench Icon) to the right of the address bar.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Options'.
  3. Select the 'Under the Hood' tab at the top of the window.
  4. Under the 'Privacy' heading, select the 'Content settings' button.
  5. On the left, under the features heading, select JavaScript.
  6. Select the 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript' radio button.
  7. Finally, close both preference windows.

  • Please bear in mind that upgrading your browser or installing new security software and security patches may affect your JavaScript settings. It is a good idea to double-check that JavaScript is still enabled if you notice any problems with EnergyPartnerInternational.

  • If your JavaScript setting is set to 'Prompt', you might also receive a warning about downloading potentially dangerous scripts from websites.
